Happy birthday to John! He's turning one.
Mimsy's back -- and she has a new, black husband, which surprises the Juergens.
Lauren tells her love interest Jesse that her entire family hates him.
Months ago, Ken Baumann (Ben) said that something big would happen with Ben near the end of the season. Given the title of the episode, we suspect it happens in either this episode or the previous one.
The tradition of no one being able to keep a secret continues, as Adrian told Grace something; Grace told Jack; and Jack told Madison. And we can't be sure, but given Madison's inability to keep a secret, we suspect Madison told everyone else. Adrian's secret may or may not be related to the fact that her father thinks she looks ill.
It's Leo's and Betty's wedding day. And Ruben's and Cindy's wedding day, though their wedding's complicated by her unusual wedding dress. We would not be at all surprised if George and Anne remarried in this episode, too.
Ricky and Amy may or may not reconnect.
Griffin (Brando Eaton) appears again.

The show has been picked up for an additional year. As before, the show will return in the summer. Depending on how you look at it, it'll either be season 5 or the first half of season 3.
Is there something in the water?There might be another pregnancy.
A major story involving Leo kicks off near the start of the season as Betty makes a major turn.
Charles Robinson (Mac from Night Court)will appear in a recurring role.
Kristin Bauer, known best these days as Pam on True Blood, will guest star in an upcoming episode. We don't know yet who she's playing.
Danny Pintauro, best known as the kid from Who's The Boss?, will guest star in an upcoming episode.
-Amy attends a music program for teen mothers; one of her friends at the program is Bristol Palin, playing herself, in a cameo appearance.
-All the series regulars -- Amy, Anne, Ashley, George, Ben, Jack, Ricky, Grace, and Adrian -- are coming back. So are Henry, Alice, Lauren, Madison, and Griffin.
-The show has been picked up for an additional year. As before, the show will return in the summer, either late June or early July. Depending on how you look at it, it will either be season 5 or the first half of season 3.
